Feiliks has been actively upholding social responsibility and sustainable development. It fully knows the impact of internal control on enterprise operation and management efficiency and effect, and in realizing strategic development goal of the group, so it is striving to build a sound internal control environment and constantly improve its risk management system.

On May 21, 2021, with the aim of better playing the role of internal control in operation and management decisions and promote its robust development, Feiliks invited Mr. Zhang Xiaokun, the Director of Risk Control Expert Committee of The Enterprise Financial Management Association of China, to conduct the training for all the leadership of Feiliks, which was titled “risk management and internal control development of group companies and listed companies”.

Mr. Zhang Xiaokun elucidated the steps to build standard internal control systems in listed companies, as well as major responsibilities of the governance, the management and the employees in the development of enterprise’s internal control. In addition, with reference to recent cases, he concluded problems of listed companies, specifically in management risks, information disclosure, governance, informatization, and operation and finance integration, and put forward solutions accordingly.

This training practically helps Feiliks build a more comprehensive internal control system and improve its risk control level. It’s a significant step for Feiliks to achieve professional and systematic internal control management, and it has raised the awareness of the leadership in internal control. Further efforts in internal control will safeguard Feiliks’ growth and help it achieve its strategic goals.
