Hainan Logistic Group Co., Ltd is a diversified state-owned wholly-owned enterprise, which is directly supervised by the Hainan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Recently, Chairman Yao Qin and Vice Chairman Wu Youyi of Feiliks led a team to visit Hainan Logistic Group Co., Ltd, and had multiple rounds of in-depth exchanges with Chairman Liu Hairong and other relevant managers of Hainan Logistic Group Co., Ltd. The two sides reached a consensus on cooperation and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement.
After signing the strategic cooperation framework agreement, both parties will jointly create intermodality high-quality logistics products centered on road-railway and river-railway, forming a platform based development, and reducing costs and increasing efficiency. At the same time, they will focus on advantageous resource industries such as bulk commodities, duty-free commodities, and commercial vehicles on the island, and expand horizontally. They will jointly build railway-river combined transportation products such as coastal shipping around the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and railway trains along the New Western Land-sea Corridor, and will combine warehousing and distribution resources to create integrated services for warehousing, trunk line and terminal distribution, and conduct innovative research and practice based on business scenarios, customer needs, and future trends.

Both sides will further utilize their core advantages to build a logistics ecosystem together.
