Feiliks-Shanghai Gain Tune Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Gain Tune) won the 2015 Texas Instruments RSRA (Regional Supplier Recognition Award).
On March 29, 2016, Mr. Jeff Mclaughlin, director of IT and Procurement Services of Texas Instruments, Ms. Lily Chen, manager of Asia Pacific Procurement of Texas Instruments, and Ms. Janet Rui, manager of China Rushes of Texas Instruments, personally presented the award in Shanghai.
At present, Texas Instruments has more than 10,000 suppliers worldwide, and only a dozen of them are awarded this honor every year. So, how did Gain Tune win the outstanding prize?
2015 was the 10th?year of Gain Tune’s service for Texas Instruments. As the “Sample Distribution Center” of Texas Instruments in Mainland China, Gain Tune mainly provides Texas Instruments with integrated services such as sample order approval, sample warehousing and order distribution.
Up to the end of 2015, a total of more than 950,000 orders had been allocated by the Gain Tune. Especially in 2015, the operation indicators of the warehouse all exceeded the customer assessment indicators. The order delivery rate within 24 hours reached 99.38%, much higher than the 95% required by Texas Instruments. In order allocation of more than 110,000 order in the whole year, only two votes were under abnormal situation, and the accuracy rate was higher than 99.98% required by Texas Instrument. In addition, the accuracy of trade compliance, timely receipt and warehousing all reached 100%.
Since 2013, the Texas Instrument Sample Warehouse has been operated bonded. With professional skills and rich experience in bonded warehousing, Gain Tune ensures the smooth progress of this project. Up to now, 52% of the warehouse stock is bonded goods valued about 7 million US dollars. By deferring the tax of about 1.22 million US dollars, Gain Tune has reduced the occupancy of a large amount of funds for Texas Instruments. By making full use of the advantages of distributing and collecting newspaper resources, Gain Tune makes order distribution as fast as that under non-bonded operation. Since 2013, there has been no abnormality in all customs checks and audits.
