In late July, Suzhou Development and Reform Commission officially released the the List of 2024 Enterprises with Significant Achievements in the Digital Transformation of the Service Industry in Suzhou, and Feiliks was successfully selected.
This event, organized by the Suzhou Development and Reform Commission, aims to continually promote digital transformation of the service industry, render the service industry of Suzhou more digital-oriented in a comprehensive fashion, and cultivate and build a raft of demonstration-driven enterprises with significant achievements in the digital transformation of the service industry. The final selection was made according to the Implementation Plan for Promoting Digital Transformation of Service Industry in Suzhou and through procedures, including the declaration of the enterprises, the initial review and recommendation by local authorities, the expert review and online publicity.
In recent years, Feiliks has been committed to the enhancement of digital capabilities and put in place the first digital application, OMS, based on the Dual Middle Office. With an enterprise supply chain service-oriented platform in place, it has enhanced the proactive customer service capabilities, strengthened the synergy of the supply chain of various links, and achieved visualization of the supply chain throughout the whole process. Thus the customers can grasp the business dynamics in real time to respond to the business operations with the ability of digitalization to drive the improvement of operational efficiency.
